For those who wish to move, and for those inspired by Parkour, we invite you to join us for a class.!
Our Parkour Classes are designed to develop movement skill & awareness, build strength & resilience, and pursue self-confidence through methodical practice and self-expression. A Sqvadron Parkour Class typically consists of a focus on skill development thru pillars of movement [such as Running, Jumping, Vaulting, Climbing, Swinging, and Acrobatic Maneuvers] as well as an additional focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. When class is in session, you can expect an educational movement experience to remember, and a phenomenal workout you’ll never forget! Join us in our pursuit of progress through Parkour!

ALL CLASSES ARE LED BY AN APPROVED PROFESSIONAL PARKOUR COACH!

Open to ALL LEVELS!
No extra equipment is needed! Comfortable athletic wear, running shoes, and a marked water bottle are recommended.
